What will you do?
•    The main objective of the Factory Support Lead is to be the single point of contact for Factory and Office-related operations. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of technicians, supporting incident resolution, overseeing change management activities, and monitoring of production systems.
•    This position will support systems operating primarily in Windows and Linux environments while following ITIL processes. We are seeking a candidate to join our high-energy, high-performing IT team who is excited to use their unique skills to improve our organization. 

 
What will be your responsibilities?
•    Manage day to day operations of the Factory Service Desk, Factory onsite and Office onsite support teams
•    Scheduling of staff to secure proper support levels for multiple shifts
•    Prioritization of work based upon business priorities
•    Assisting in high-priority incidents to resolution
•    Monitoring IT systems 
•    Performing incident, problem and change coordination
•    Review of metrics for SLA adherence and process improvements
•    Asset management and hardware lifecycle planning
•    Oversee patch management and security compliance
•    Coordinate with business counterparts to support new requirements 
•    Develop and implement continuous improvement activities
•    Participate in on-call rotation supporting multi-shift operations 

 

What will you bring?
•    Fluent English and Slovak
•    Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science area or equivalent experience
•    5+ years of experience working in a IT field
•    ITIL process knowledge
•    Windows operating system knowledge
•    Understanding of wired and wireless networking
•    Understanding of IT security fundamentals 
•    WSUS and MDT experience
•    ServiceNow experience 
•    Capability to build and maintain good business relationships
•    Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
•    Focused on delivering results

 

Salary for this position starts from 2.600 EUR, per month, brutto.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with the seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
