What you´ll do
You’ll design and optimize processes, equipment, and logistics for Final Assembly stations—creating 2D/3D layouts, estimating cycle times, and balancing manual and automated work to deliver lean, efficient production solutions.
- Be part & take lead in the development & implementation of Final Assembly production setup.
- Responsible for setting up lean & optimized production process for Final Assembly.
- Work in a cross-collaboration network for tooling & equipment process development.
- Handle & secure mechanics related issues during concept work including safety & functionality.
- Ensure activities are carried out at the right time according to equipment budget, sourcing & installation plan.
- Ensuring installation & commissioning of the equipment’s.
- Secure that legal inspection is carried out & documented.
- Develop strategies & processes within technical competence area.
- Influence entire team with role model behavior showing initiative & innovation.
What you'll bring
- University degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or equivalent technical engineering background.
- Minimum 10 years of practical & project leading experience with tooling and equipment installation (systems design and integration).
- Extensive experience of process related to Final Assembly.
- Good understanding of Teamcenter, CATIA V5, Auto CAD, 3D simulation tools.
- Machine directive 2006/42 EG and applicable harmonized IATF16949 within area of expertise.
- Project management and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Good communication, collaboration and negotiation skills with internal, external customers and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken due to our global organisation set up.
Compensation
Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.500 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
