What you'll do

 

We are now looking for Supervisor for project phase as well as running production in our future Stamping Shop.

Do you want to be part of setting up the new production plant in Kosice, Slovakia? This is a great opportunity for you to develop and design your process area (Where we shape the design of the car) in a first-class Stamping shop.
 

You will be responsible for:

Project phase:

•Be part of the project group and run certain parts of the project
•Contribute to optimal set-up of the workstations in the stamping area
•Secure KPIs such as efficiency, ergonomics, safety, quality etc. in close co-operation with the production teams
•During the last year of the project phase, 2026, focus will be on trimming in the equipment, build pre-series of cars, make instructions and training of operators
•Together with your manager and your colleagues, you will build and develop your team
•You will also have a close collaboration with the Mega casting shop (new technology where we will cast rear floors)

 

Running phase:

•Create and build a functioning production team, first during the daytime later in shifts
•Build efficiency of the process incl. elimination of waste of time, money, variation, materials, man-hours, machine time, quality losses etc.
•Support and ensure production in relation to lot sizes e.g., depending on what the customer calls for and introduction of new products/processes
•Be involved in the development and testing of new forming tools together with the tool maintenance
•Responsible for Safety, Quality and logistics planning and layouts (including material facade, placement of tools, etc.) in ongoing operation.
•You’ll apply lean fundamentals as a natural way of working
•The ideal candidate should be willing to work in shifts. The role will start with a central shift, but in the future, it will transition to a shift-based schedule


 What will you bring?

•University degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical/Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical,  Materials Engineering or equivalent experience
•Several years’ experience from running production in car manufacturing Stamping Shop will be highly meritorious.
•Experience in Auto industry or similar manufacturing facilities is preferred
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
Conversational in English (written and spoken)

What you'll bring

 

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR monthly gross.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
