What you'll do
- Ensure on-time delivery of products and services to quality standards by leading teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring production efficiency;
- Supervise a group or team of operational contributors in multi-shift operations, organize their daily workflow, ensure accountability and continuous improvement;
- Communicate job expectations clearly, provide necessary instructions and feedback to team members;
- Plan production, standardize the production process, run reports;
- Drive process improvements, cost reduction activities and continuous improvement activities;
- Provide training plans, coach and execute trainings for team members.
What you'll bring
- Several years of previous working experience in Bodyshop or similar automotive environment OEM/Tier1 in supervisor function;
- Experience transitioning products from prototype to production;
- People development abilities;
- Preferred university education in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience;
- Excellent communication skills, conversational in English (advantage) and Slovak language, written and spoken;
Compensation
Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 1.850 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
