About the assignment

We are now looking for Process Engineers for project phase as well as running production in our future Propulsion Shop.
Do you want to be part of setting up the new production plant in Kosice, Slovakia? This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop and design your process area (Battery and/ or Electrical engine production) in a best-in-class Propulsion Shop.

 

What is in the scope of the role?

 

Project phase:

  • Contribute to optimal set-up of the workstations and production lines.
  • Secure KPIs such as efficiency, HPV, ergonomics, safety, quality etc. in close co-operation with the production teams.
  • During the last year of the project phase, 2026, focus will be on trimming in the equipment, build pre-series of cars, make instructions and training of operators.
  • Together with your manager and your process engineering colleagues, you will build and develop your team. This includes guidance of process technicians.

 

Running phase:

  • Build efficiency of the process incl. elimination of waste of time, money, variation, materials, man-hours, machine time, quality losses etc.
  • Support and ensure production in line balancing e.g., line speed changes and introduction of new products/processes.
  • Responsible for line layout (including material facade, placement of tooling etc) in running operation.
  • You’ll apply lean fundamentals as a natural way of working.

 

Do you fit the profile?

Your background is a technical bachelor’s degree or at least +5 years of relevant experience. You have leadership and communications skills. 
Experience from running production in car manufacturing Battery and/ or Electrical engine Shop will be highly meritorious. If you have experiences from other shops, it is also meritorious as well as other engineering roles.
You need extensive collaboration and networking skills, and you should be able to communicate in English, both written and spoken. The position is located in Kosice, Slovakia.

 

The salary for this position starts from 2.083 EUR, per month, brutto.

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. The final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with the seniority level and previous experience of the candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
