What you'll do
We are now looking for Process Engineers for our close to equipment installation phase and future production. Do you want to be part of setting up the new production plant close to Košice, Slovakia? This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop and design your process area (Pre-treatment, Sealing or Painting) in a best-in-class Paint Shop.
Project phase:
- Contribute to the optimal set-up of the workstations and production lines.
- Secure KPIs such as efficiency, HPV, ergonomics, safety, quality etc. in close cooperation with the production teams.
- During the last year of the project phase, 2026, the focus will be on trimming the equipment, building a pre-series of cars, making instructions and training operators.
- Together with your manager and your process engineering colleagues, you will build and develop your team. This includes the guidance of process technicians.
Running phase:
- Build efficiency of the process elimination of waste of time, money, variation, materials, man-hours, machine time, quality losses etc.
- Support and ensure production in line balancing e.g., line speed changes and introduction of new products/processes.
- Responsible for line layout (including material facade, placement of tooling etc.) in running operation.
- You’ll apply lean fundamentals as a natural way of working.
Do you fit the role?
- Your background is a technical bachelor’s degree or at least +5 years of relevant experience. You have leadership and communication skills.
- Experience from running production in car manufacturing Paint Shop will be highly respected. If you have experience from other shops, it is also meritorious as well as other engineering roles.
- You need extensive collaboration and networking skills, and you should be able to communicate in written and spoken English.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary for this position starting from 2000 EUR, per month, gross.
The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
