What you´ll do
The Plant Academy is part of the Quality & Academy function and supports the plant in developing and delivering fundamental training and people development activities. Plant Academy also support the different shops and management in the implementation of our Lean production system, Volvo Cars Manufacturing System (VCMS) to reach Best Member and Best Management.
Project phase:
- Set up and design the local process of training/development of people in build up of the Kosice site, including mass recruitment
- Specify and secure optimal training areas and equipment
- Recruitment of Plant Academy team members
Running phase:
- Coordinate and deliver fundamental training and support in local people development needs
- Support the design of people development activities and governance of the shop’s training areas
- Support in the Volvo Car Manufacturing System, VCMS
- Participate in and contribute to the global Plant Academy network
- Lead and develop the Plant Academy team
- Build up collaboration with local schools and Universities
What you'll bring
- You are passionate about developing people
- Your background is a University degree or at least +5 years of relevant experience. You have leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in Slovak and English language, spoken and written
- You need extensive collaboration and networking skills and should be able to communicate in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with leading a team/s in automotive production
- Meritorious Experience:
- Running production in car manufacturing
- Lean Fundamentals for Production
Compensation
Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 3.000 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
