We are building a new state-of-the-art plant that will be climate neutral. Building only electric cars, we do this to continue expanding our global production capacity to match our growth ambitions. What will you do? 

• Project lead driving and delivering on our Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). You will have the overall responsibility for the successful planning and contract management, execution, monitoring, controlling and establishment of cooperation with supplier. 

• On daily bases lead the operational work for a team of four recruiters. 

• Report and work very close to our Global Talent Acquisition team based in Gothenburg 

• Collaborate closely with business and key departments, such as Plant Academy, PX (Learning  
  and Development, Digital) which will set the pre-requisites for a successful mass hiring towards the production. 

• Initiate or perform risk, reliability, and cost analyses. 

• Report progress status to plant management. 

 
What will you bring? 

• Several years of previous working experience in a similar HR-related strategic position. Its very meritous if you have been responsible for an RPO in your previous role 

• Proven Project Management experience within a similar scale & type of project  

• Ability to present plans, suggestions and best practices to key stakeholders using data-driven, pragmatic and cost-effective approach 

• Preferred working experience in an automotive manufacturing company in a global environment 

• Preferred university education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 

• Flexibility, being able not only to work under an organization in a transformation period, or green-field project, but thrive in such a fast-paced environment 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, conversational in English, written and spoken, and proficient in Slovak language 

• Not only an individual contributor attitude but also a demonstrated ability to work within  
  a multinational team, influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;  

• Passion for continuous learning and staying informed about the latest HR and industry developments.

Salary for this position starting from 3.000 EUR, per month, brutto.  

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid  
in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
