What you´ll do

Are you ready to work on the next generation of automotive innovation?
Your role will focus on designing and optimizing process, equipment, and logistics solutions at station and line level for Vehicle Software, including cycle time planning and workload balancing, with the goal of creating lean, efficient, and flexible production systems for future vehicle generations.
- Be part and take lead in the development and implementation of Software at line production setup. Lead the team as tooling & equipment representative within manufacturing engineering.
- Responsible for setting up lean and optimized production process for Software pre-flash & download.
- Work in a cross-collaboration network for tooling & equipment process development.
- Handle and secure mechanics, automation and software related issues during concept work including safety and functionality.
- Review technical content of the documentation and secure that it meets the agreed level.
- Ensure that requirements regarding documentation for the discipline are included in RFQ.
- Secure that legal inspection is carried out and documented.
- Ensuring installation and commissioning of the equipment’s.
- Ensure that activities are carried out at the right time according to sourcing and installation plan.
- Initiate and establish dialogue with purchasing.
- Ensure that the equipment budget is according to agreements.
What you'll bring
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or equivalent technical engineering background.
- Minimum 5 years of practical & project leading experience with automation projects (Systems design and Integration).
- Extensive experience in electrical and functional product testing equipment (Software).
- Experience on system and component testing or simulation of electric vehicles (BEV).
- Test data analyses and post-processing.
- Basic health & safety knowledge.
- Basic ergonomics knowledge.
- Project management and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Good communication, collaboration and negotiation skills with internal, external customers and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Slovak, written and spoken due to our global organisation set up.
What you'll bring
Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
