Management System / CoP Specialist, (VCK)

What you'll do

  • Ensure that management within own organization has a transparent view of the efficiency and effectiveness of the management system to take necessary action
  • Perform internal ISO audits
  • Support the local management to use the management system to steer the operation
  • Participate in local multi-site reviews of internal and external audit
  • Check that CoP control plans are available and confirm that required tests have been performed as planned
  • Inform the plant about the CoP process
  • Communicate information from Product Regulation and Compliance to concerned in the plant
  • Gather documentation for authority audits (before and during audits) 
  • Ensure that the production facility and concerned people are available during CoP-authority audits, including persons e.g. for disassembling cars for label inspections and photographing cars

What you'll bring

  • Auditor education with knowledge about ISO 9001/14001 and ISO 45001
  • Good leadership and networking skills, a holistic view and a strong drive for result
  • Good at structuring, analyzing, coordinating, training, coaching and communicating
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken

Compensation

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR. 

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
