Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled System Engineer to join our Maintenance 
Department. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in logical thinking and 
problem-solving and hands-on experience in maintenance system projects. We want to hear from you if 

you are passionate about leveraging your technical expertise to optimize and maintain 

critical systems.


You will be our go-to person with regards to the Maintenance system (Maximo) for the whole plant, training our 
staff, be in direct contact with other of our plants. Visualization is also an important part of 
the role, are you keen on making clear dashboards (Power BI) that a three-year-old 
can grasp, great! Think Scandinavian in terms of simplicity and usability.


System Maintenance and Optimization:

Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of maintenance systems, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.

 

Database Management:

Utilize your proficiency in SQL to manage, update, and troubleshoot databases integral to our operations.

 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Employ Power BI to analyze data and generate insightful reports that drive decision-making and process improvements.

 

Maintenance System Activities: Plan, execute, monitor and improve maintenance systems to ensure efficiency. 
 

Project Management: Lead and participate in maintenance system projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

 

Required Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to approach complex 
  • problems methodically and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with SQL, including experience in database management and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Some or basic understanding of maintenance processes and activities, with hands-on experience in maintaining systems.
  • Proven track record in managing or participating in maintenance system projects.
  • Having an experience with PLCs and other relevant data collection technologies would be a plus.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a 
  • related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English 

 

Salary for this position starting from 2.200 EUR, per month, brutto.

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
