What you'll do

Project phase: 

  • Contribute to optimal set-up of the workstations in the stamping area.  
  • Secure KPIs such as efficiency, ergonomics, safety, quality etc. in close co-operation with the production teams. 
  • During the last year of the project phase, 2026, focus will be on trimming in the equipment, build pre-series of cars, make instructions and training of operators. 
  • Together with your manager and your colleagues, you will build and develop your team.
  • You will also have a close collaboration with the Mega casting shop

Running phase: 

  • Create and lead a function production/Maintenance it is also include Die maintenance first during the daytime later can be shifts.
  • Build efficiency of the process incl. elimination of waste of time, money, variation, materials, man-hours, machine time, quality losses etc. 
  • Support and ensure production so that they reach their goals and KPIs and that maintenance delivers preventive maintenance.
  • Be involved in development for new maintenance processes and systems.
  • Responsible for Safety, Quality and maintenance planning and layouts in ongoing operation.

What you'll bring

  • University degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or equivalent technical engineering background
  • Some years of relevant experience. You have leadership and communications skills. 
  • Experience from running production in car manufacturing Stamping Shop will be highly meritorious.
  • Experiences from other shops, it is also meritorious as well as other engineering roles. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Slovak and English language.

Compensation

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR. 

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
