What you'll do
- Utilize strong manufacturing engineering mindset and previous experience with maintenance of high pressure die casting, injection molds and/or stamping dies to provide technical and process support to ensure we produce and deliver highest quality products on time;
- Participating in shop maintenance activities and design study of each machine, technology and media, initiating or performing risk, reliability, and cost analyses, maintenance and energy costs calculations and reporting, coordination of external services;
- Creating and following preventive, predictive and autonomous maintenance plans, Root cause investigation and suggesting improvement activities, development of standards and creation of procedures and methods;
- Gathering inputs for effective setup of processes and identifying shortcomings in such processes, systems and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them;
- Spare parts management and problem recurrence prevention;
- Participating in manpower supervision: day to day line support, maintenance and repair tasks, spare parts, services and repairs scheduling, definition of daily tasks and setting directions for the team, development and coaching of the team and sharing best practices.
What you'll bring
- Several years of previous working experience in maintenance function associated with melting/die-casting and and CNC machining tools abd equipment in automotive sector (OEM/Tier 1);
- Preferred university education in Industrial, Casting, Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience + completed Tool & Die apprenticeship;
- Track record of successful spare parts management and problem recurrence prevention as well as project management of repairs, refurbishment, and engineering change implementation projects;
- Flexibility, being able not only to work under an organization in a transformation period, or green-field project, but thrive in such a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, conversational in English, written and spoken, and preferably proficient in Slovak language;
- Not only an individual contributor attitude but also a demonstrated ability to work within a multinational team, influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Ability and willingness to travel within Europe, although based in Košice District, Slovakia.

Compensation
Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 1.850 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
