What you'll do

Project phase:

• Secure KPIs such as availability, MTTR, MDT, MCBF, costs, safety etc. in close co-operation with the cross functional team.
• Setup of Bill of Material, spare parts list, and maintenance program, disturbance solving instructions
• Contribute to an optimal set-up of the maintainability and reliability in the production lines during the equipment design and installation phase.
• During the last year of the project phase, 2027, focus will be on trimming and validating the equipment during build pre-series of cars, making instructions and training of maintenance technicians.
  
  

Running phase:

• Ensure maintenance KPI´s in pre-studies and installation projects.
• Being responsible for digital solutions related to Value Driven Maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance towards supervisors / technicians and operator maintenance and execution, leading of actions
• To be key user of Maximo Suite developing connected services and data sources
• Working with continuous improvements of asset utilization (availability, quality) and cost control. Define and update the maintenance program (preventive and corrective).
• Manage maintenance dashboards, data analytics tool, AI tools

What you'll bring

• Good knowledge of maintenance processes, planning, predictive systems, preferably in automotive
• Reliability principles, statistical methods of maintainability
• Knowledge of Lean Maintenance principles
• Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization is a plus
• Excellent presentation skills
• Technical bachelor’s degree or at least +3 years of relevant experience
• Experiences with CMMS implementation, SAP PM or Maximo
• IoT and Industry 4.0 concept knowledge
• Python programming skills or PowerBI are welcome
• Spoken and written English to a standard you can communicate with colleagues from different parts of the world

Compensation

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
