What you'll do

You'll optimize equipment performance with a focus on safety, health, cost, environment (SHE), and availability — all guided by Value Driven Maintenance principles. Be part of shaping the future of manufacturing through strong leadership and teamwork.

You will be responsible for:

• Applying maintenance experience - competence upfront in the manufacturing development process, to assure the reliability and maintainability of new equipment.
• In function of asset utilization (availability, quality) and cost control:
  - define and update the maintenance program (predictive, preventive and corrective)
  - problem solving in an analytical and structured way
• Provide technical guidance towards maintenance area leaders, supervisors, team leaders, and maintenance technicians and execution, leading of actions
• The definition, draw-up, organization and provision of dedicated trainings, to allow the colleagues and maintenance executers, to assure effective and efficient execution of their tasks.
• The collection, update, and optimization of a clear, complete and user-friendly specific documentation (inclusive visual factory).
• Setup of Bill of Material, spare parts list, and maintenance program, disturbance solving instructions.

What will you bring?

• University degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical/Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Several years of previous working experience in Maintenance function associated with mechanical, electrical equipment in automotive sector/advantage
• Very good knowledge of the Maintenance practices / processes
• Skill within mechanical engineering and related software e.g., CAD etc. is a merit
• Good communication and logical / analytical thinking
• Conversational in English (written and spoken)

Compensation

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 1.850 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
