What you will do

 

As a Maintenance  Engineer you will be responsible for creating ,following up and optimizing conditions for the equipment to perform at an agreed level or better with reflection on cost, safety, health and environment and availability according to Value Driven Maintenance.

The position reports to Propulsion components Maintenance Manager 

 

You will be responsible for

The Maintenance Engineer within the propulsion maintenance team, is responsible for ensuring the equipment's condition and reliability. They actively collaborate to refine the process and equipment design, ensuring  meeting our requirements. 

What you will bring

 

  • University degree or higher education in Electrical, Mechanical Hardware Engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance operations and standards and managing small projects.
  • Competence in mechanical engineering and software applications like CAD is regarded as a merit.
  • Team leadership responsibility and responsible for lessons learned management, share best practice and knowledge.
  • Good communication skills, conversational in English (written and spoken), while Slovak language skills will be a preferred merit.
  • Approachable and effective in working with others and forming new connections.
  • Good communication and logical and analytical thinking. Actively drive improvements in processes and outcomes.

Salary for this position starting from 2000 EUR per month, gross.                                                                                                  

The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
