About the assignment


We are now looking for Maintenance Engineers for the project phase as well as the start-up phase in our future Propulsion Components Shop.

Do you want to be part of setting up the new production plant in Kosice, Slovakia? This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop and design your process area or technique from a maintenance perspective.

 

What is in the scope of the role?

 

Project phase:

  • Secure KPIs such as availability, MTTR, MDT, MCBF, costs, safety etc. in close co-operation with the cross functional team.
  • Setup of Bill of Material, spare parts list, and maintenance program, disturbance solving instructions
  • Contribute to an optimal set-up of the maintainability and reliability in the production lines during the equipment design and installation phase.
  • During the last year of the project phase, 2026, focus will be on trimming and validate the equipment during build pre-series of cars, make instructions and training of maintenance technicians.
  • Together with your manager and your maintenance engineering colleagues, you will build and develop your team. This includes guidance of maintenance technicians and process operators.


Running phase:

  • Ensure maintenance KPI´s in pre-studies and installation projects.
  • Being responsible for developing your area/ function by applying Value Driven Maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance towards supervisors/technicians and operator maintenance and execution, leading of actions
  • Contribute with support and experience in the cross-functional team to meet the area's common targets.
  • Working with continuous improvements of asset utilization (availability, quality) and cost control. Define and update the maintenance program (preventive and corrective).

 

Do you fit the profile?

Your background is a technical bachelor’s degree or at least +5 years of relevant experience. You have leadership and communication skills. 
Experience from running production in car manufacturing Battery and/or Electrical Engine Shop will be highly meritorious. If you have experience from other shops, it is also meritorious as well as other engineering roles.
You need extensive collaboration and networking skills, and you should be able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

 

The position is in Kosice, Slovakia. The base salary for this position starts at 2,055 EUR p.m. brutto

The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. The final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with the seniority level and previous experience of the candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance
