Logistics Supervisor LOC

What you´ll do

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading daily logistics operations, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient flow of materials and outbound components. Reporting to the Logistics Superintendent, you will be responsible for driving team performance, coordinating resources, resolving operational challenges, and supporting a smooth and productive logistics environment on the shop floor.

• Lead daily logistics operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time material flow.
• Drive performance against key KPIs including Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost.
• Coordinate team activities, resources, and shift operations to meet business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes, systems, and workflows.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving activities.
• Maintain high standards in 5S, safety, and operational excellence.
• Coach, support, and develop logistics team members.
• Collaborate with Production and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree or technical education in Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in logistics, material handling, or manufacturing operations.
• Previous experience leading a team in a supervisor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and ERP/WMS systems (SAP is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Driven by continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Shft work in the future.

What you'll bring

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR. 

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
