What you'll do

Join our team as a Logistics Supervisor! You'll lead daily logistics operations, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient material and component flow. Reporting to the Logistics Superintendent, you'll manage team performance, coordinate resources, and solve problems on the shop floor.

You will be responsible for:

• Deliver on logistics performance targets, specifically Safety, Volume, and Delivery Precision.
• Responsibility for driving the organization's KPI’s
• Support the execution of logistics team responsibilities and shift priorities in alignment with plant and departmental goals.
• Ensure full logistics system utilization, with a focus on continuous improvement and stability.
• Ensure the team is operating within the targeted budget

What will you bring?

• Technical education master / bachelor level or vocational background in logistics or manufacturing preferred.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or material handling, preferably in the automotive industry in position of supervisor or similar with responsibility in leading team.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred), with solid understanding of plant logistics flows.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Conversational in English (written and spoken)
• Warehousing digital systems knowledge
• Excel knowledge - intermediate

Compensation

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 1.850 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
