What you will do:
You will lead Volvo Cars' development and implementation of security mitigations during the construction and operation of our Kosice plant. Keeping our people safe is our highest priority and people security matters will be yours.  In addition to this, you will be responsible for the investigation of security incidents, vulnerabilities and our investigation processes. To be successful you will work with a diverse range of stakeholders across our company giving you broad insight as you build security awareness and enhance their security.
Alongside this, you will also define our future security set-up and processes for our new manufacturing plant in Kosice. 


You will be working alongside our global security team who set the company’s security standards, and best practices and directly support security operations across the company. As such your role will include opportunities to collaborate across the breadth of our security work and use your skills and experience to shape how we work globally. The breadth of our responsibilities also opens the opportunity for you to develop additional capabilities. 

 

Your Skills:
We believe you are an experienced security operator with law enforcement, government security industry or comparable education, or a combination of both, and you can demonstrate your people security competence. You have sound judgement and security awareness which you can translate into a business context. You have a keen interest in developing your capability and continuing to broaden your security experience.
Fluency in English and Slovakian is a requirement for this role. 

 

Do you fit the profile?
You have a detailed knowledge of security and experience implementing innovative, yet practical security solutions. You have worked in the security industry for some time, with experience in both public and private sector roles.  
You understand how security fits into business decision-making and contributes to successful business operations.  Most importantly you are an energetic team player.  You understand the power of working through partnerships and developing relationships to achieve results.  You do this by communicating openly and effectively. You have a passion for collaboration and being a part of a team.

 

 

Salary for this position starting from 1.900 EUR, per month, brutto.

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. The final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
