We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to coordinate and ensure all FM application systems—including BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and security systems—adhere to a unified, high-quality standard across the factory. You'll play a key role in guaranteeing 100% system availability and reliability, while continuously striving for excellence. 
In this role, you’ll also be responsible for overseeing new installations, ensuring they meet Volvo’s standards for all FM applications and Electronic Systems. If you're passionate about enhancing operational efficiency, security, and performance, we want you on our team!

What you'll do

 

You will be responsible for:

 

•To maintain and also be the administrator for the FM applications/system, such as Access control, CCTV, Security, BMS, fire alarm, etc within the Factory
•To Secure that the FM applications/systems adhere to Volvo IT Security requirements.

•To support and improve the various Electronic System (both software and hardware), PC system and electronic modules.
•To coordinate with Volvo IT to ensure that all the WP Applications/system are 100% reliable.
•To identify areas of improvement and drive the development needs including funding requests related to the application and the process it supports.
•To perform user training and also to compile of user requirements
•To assist project leaders or manufacturing engineers on any new installation (capital project)
•To network with Global FM Systems & Applications department as needed

 

What will you bring?


•Bachelor or University degree in Electrical/electronic engineering
•Knowledge of electronic system (software & Hardware)
•Several years of experience in similar field or related business
•Experience in Auto industry or similar manufacturing is preferred
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
Conversational in English (written and spoken)

Compensation

 

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from  2.000 EUR monthly gross.

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
