We are looking for someone, who will be responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and regular updating of safe work procedures for all critical electrical tasks. Additionally, you will maintain and improve all electrical supply systems across the facility. This will include creating and managing a comprehensive maintenance plan for critical assets, selecting and applying the appropriate predictive maintenance (PdM) and preventive maintenance (PM) techniques.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for:
•To maintain all the maintenance and improvement activities in the CMMS (Maximo) and to follow up all the KPI's (Key performance indicators) related to electrical system
•To manage electrical maintenance contracts, in order to ensure maximum quality at the lowest possible cost
•To coordinate technical and special safety initiatives as required for high voltage maintenance
•To provide Volvo the technical direction for all power substation equipment maintenance requirements
•To ensure Volvo complies with all Electrical/Safety standards.
•To assist project leaders, manufacturing engineers or maintenance personnel in modifications/improvement to equipment to eliminate root causes for failure, improve reliability and reduce overall operating cost
•To assist project leaders or manufacturing engineers on any new installation (capital project)
What will you bring?
•Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
•Several years of Electrical (High & Low Voltage) System Maintenance & Operational Experience.
•High Voltage Electrical license.
•Technical knowledge at least at an advanced level in the areas in Automotive industry or similar manufacturing environment
•Preferred engineering university education in Civil, Manufacturing, Automation, Electrical, or related field
•Experience in Auto industry or similar manufacturing is preferred
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
•Conversational in English (written and spoken)
Compensation
Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR monthly gross.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
