You will be part of our Production Controlling organization, a modern, data driven financial function supporting our global manufacturing footprint. In Košice, Production Controlling plays a central role in ensuring that operational and strategic decisions are backed by strong financial governance, robust insights, and an in depth understanding of the plant’s realities.
As we continue to expand our manufacturing footprint, we are looking for a strong and inspiring Head of Plant Controlling for our newly established factory in Košice and act as an active member of the Plant Management Team.
What you'll do
As Head of Plant Controlling, you will play a pivotal role in steering the plant toward its operational and financial targets. You will:
- Lead and develop the plant controlling team, ensuring high professional standards and strong collaboration.
- Drive the financial agenda for the plant, covering operating expenditure (OPEX), capital expenditure (CAPEX), and working capital.
- Partner closely with the plant management team to challenge assumptions, steer decisions, and ensure delivery on financial targets.
- Oversee internal control, financial reporting, consolidation and production related controlling activities.
- Identify risks and opportunities, proactively propose actions, and support efficient, data driven decision making.
- Collaborate with global manufacturing control teams, central functions, and finance colleagues across other sites.
- Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and efficiency in controlling processes.
- Act as a people leader, ensuring capability development, engagement, and a culture of transparency and integrity.
What you'll bring

Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or a related discipline within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Experience in SAP and accounting principles.
- Solid understanding of local regulations and statutory requirements.
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Compensation Data
Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 3.900 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
