About the role

As a Global Mobility Partner, you will be a part of the Global Mobility team within People Experience (HR). Your position will be located at Volvo Cars site in Kosice. 

The Global Mobility team manage the International Assignment (IA) population, assists the organization with relocation support for international local hires, as well as assures that work- and residence permits are secured for non-EU nationals. The team consists of 19 employees located in Sweden, China, US and with this position also within Slovakia.

You will work in close collaboration with other Global Mobility team members, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, to provide advice and support to the organization regarding Global Mobility issues.

What you’ll do

•    In this role, you will actively support and advice the organization regarding International Assignments and International Local Hires to be employed within Kosice.
•    You will be the first point of contact for managers, people experience, recruiters, candidates and vendors regarding International Assignment and Internation Local Hire relocation related matters. 
•    You will guide the organisation regarding policies and processes, give hands-on support involving preparing compensation packages, conduct briefings and manage the case management tool for International Assignments and International Local Hire. 
•    You will act as a business partner in assuring that the company have the right people on the right place on time and in a compliant matter, always with a focus on good service. 
•    Other tasks for this role will also involve work on process and policy improvements, together with other team members.

Your skills and what you will bring
•    We believe you have a solid experience from working with Global Mobility, either from an in-house function, or from working as a consultant. 
•    You have a good understanding of regulations and laws within fields such as employee tax, social security, pension, immigration, and insurance matters in an international context.
•    You should be comfortable in balancing company regulations and the understanding for the employee’s individual needs.
•    Strong written and oral communication skills in Slovak and English is a requirement for this position.
•    Experience from working with all levels of an organisation is a merit.

Salary for this position starting from 2.800 EUR, per month,gross.

The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
