What you'll do:

  • Utilize strong manufacturing engineering mindset and previous experience in the automotive industry to prepare, develop, implement, and improve process solutions & methods to secure product and process geometrical quality in the specific area during car program industrialization and to ensure clarification in physical product and process verification throughout the build series;
  • Keep the link to Commodity GAA to ensure valid product data and revisions throughout the industrialization phase;
  • Find and close product & process related issues in VP & each pre-series;
  • Assure that 3D clamping gets updated during the industrialization phase; 
  • Participate in design reviews with contractors and drive the deliverables above;
  • Support slow build during each pre-series and align with all involved stakeholders;
  • Provide experience and knowledge from System Solutions, Final demands, Supplier Capabilities, and Measuring of current Products to problem-solving teams;
  • Judge and define additional measuring requirements for analysis in which equipment or way is best and give suggestions based on the measurements;
  • Analyse results of Supplier measurements and assessment of the impact on the build-in project (Geo loops/ PCF activities);
  • Prepare for material inspections for incoming parts;
  • Evaluate modifications and adjustments resulting from analysis in the pre-series;
  • Assure that the Process control plan is updated during the industrialization phase accordingly; 
  • Drive and contribute to risk assessment activities.

 

What you'll bring:

  • Previous manufacturing engineering experience in Geometry / Tooling / Quality / CMM in Automotive industry or Manufacturing;
  • Preferred engineering education: Mechanical/Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Automation, or equivalent;
  • Conversational in English, written and spoken, and ideally proficient in Slovak language; 
  • Ability and willingness to travel within and outside Europe, more frequently in the initial phase (2024), although based in Kosice, Slovakia;
  • Not only an individual contributor attitude but also an ability to work within a multinational team; 
  • Analytic and engineering data reporting skills.

Salary for this position starting from 2.800 EUR, per month, brutto.

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
