Who will you report to?

The position is located at the Volvo Car Kosice plant and the main reporting line leads to Head of Facility Management.

 

What will you do?

  • Define, align, and oversee contract terms and specifications and their fulfillment to ensure quality service & product deliveries from the contracted suppliers to secure the quality of sourced Plant Engineering Facility Management needs;
  • Oversee the accuracy of invoiced payments for service & product deliveries in the required volume and quality;
  • Drive standardization of service level agreement (SLA) based services; 
  • Document assignment specifications, requirements, supplier relationship procedures, and agreements; 
  • Work closely with Volvo Cars Purchasing to align and develop contract elements, understand the aspect of how contract assignments interact with purchasing’s terms and conditions, guide and support stakeholders in how to draft and develop orders/assignments;
  • Be responsible for vehicle fleet management and subsequently different Plant Engineering functions, make sure our facilities represent our brand, especially in the context of amenities and tidiness;
  • Act as a main point of contact to solve contract-related issues that may arise with external parties, oversee the escalation process if such situation arises;
  • Take part in RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, development of supplier relations, cost estimations;
  • Drive development of Contract Management capabilities.

 

What will you bring?

  • Several years of previous facility management experience in an international environment with a focus on service delivery management;
  • Demonstrate flexibility, being able to work under an organization in a transformation period, or green-field project;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, conversational in English, written and spoken, and proficient in Slovak language; 
  • Not only an individual contributor attitude but also a demonstrated ability to work within a multinational team, influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; 
  • Open and service-oriented mind-set with integrity, accountability, and commitment;
  • Ability to take own initiative and solve issues;
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally travel, although based in Košice, Slovakia.

Monthly gross salary for this position starts from 1.700 EUR.

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
