What you’ll do:

  • Prepare, develop, and implement production systems, tools, and equipment in the Paint production process where there is an air quality requirement; 
  • Lead or execute equipment projects (develop, calculate, plan, procure, and verify) for ventilation systems within the paint production process; 
  • Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve the Ovens or Ventilation in the paint production process or product or to improve health & safety, quality, capability, or cost by using knowledge of the process, tooling, and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials, and parts; 
  • Continuously evaluate the air quality processes or practices for filtration etc. for environmental sustainability, considering factors such as greenhouse gas emissions, air pollution, and energy use; 
  • Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, capability, sustainability, or cost-effectiveness.

 

What you'll bring:

  • Previous manufacturing engineering experience with Facility, Tooling, and Equipment processes, preferably experience with ovens and ventilation;
  • Preferred engineering education: Mechanical/Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Automation, Electrical, or equivalent;
  • Conversational in English, written and spoken, and proficient in Slovak language; 
  • Ability and willingness to travel within and outside Europe, more frequently in the initial phase (2024), although based in Kosice, Slovakia;
  • Not only an individual contributor attitude but also an ability to work within a multinational team; 
  • Analytic and engineering data reporting skills.

Salary for this position starting from 2.250 EUR, per month, brutto.

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
