Central Manufacturing Engineering at Volvo Car Group helps prepare and implement quality-assured, adaptable, and effective production systems across our global plants. You’ll work closely with teams spanning development, construction, manufacturing, and process containment—ensuring excellence at every stage.
What you'll do
Within Manufacturing Engineering Propulsion Components (ME PC), we are looking for a manager leading our Industrialization team, focusing on our future Battery and Electrical Engine production. You and your team will be responsible for industrializing the production processes in our new Volvo Car Plant in Kosice. You will work in close collaboration with other Manufacturing Engineering functions, the plant organization and line builders.

Qualifications
• MS degree in Engineering
• +5 years line manager experience from leading engineering teams
• Manufacturing experience, preferably from industrialization of processes, tooling and equipment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly gross salary for this position starts from 3.000 EUR.
The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
