Principle Responsibilities:


•    Provide technical guidance towards supervisors / technicians and operator maintenance and execution, leading of actions.
•    Dedicated, systematic, and planned work, with the required flexibility.
•    Applying maintenance experience -competence upfront in the manufacturing development process, to assure the reliability and maintainability of new equipment.
•    In function of asset utilization (availability, quality) and cost control:
•    Define and update the maintenance program (preventive and corrective)
•    Problem solving in an analytical and structured way
•    The definition, draw-up, organization and provision of dedicated trainings, to allow the colleagues and maintenance executers, to assure effective and efficient execution of their tasks.
•    The collection, update, and optimization of a clear, complete and user-friendly specific documentation (inclusive visual factory). Setup of Bill of Material, spare parts list, and maintenance program, disturbance solving instructions.
•    The definition and management of the maintenance budgets of the assigned equipment and activities and providing guidance in budget setting to the departments. 
•    Electrical & PLC Maintenance and Optimization: Oversee and enhance the maintenance and optimization of electrical systems and PLCs to boost operational efficiency and reliability.
•    Continuous Electrical & PLC Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in electrical and PLC domains, applying lean principles and specialized problem-solving skills.
•    Electrical & PLC Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for electrical and PLC issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing system performance.
•    Electrical & PLC Process Evaluation and Enhancement: Regularly assess and improve electrical processes and PLC programming to elevate quality and efficiency.
•    Electrical Safety Responsibility: Act as the primary responsible person for electrical safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards, conducting safety audits, and implementing safety protocols.
•    Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with other engineering teams, production staff, and maintenance teams to synchronize electrical and PLC improvements and ensure seamless operations.
•    Safety and Compliance: Ensure all electrical and PLC operations adhere to industry safety standards and best practices, with ongoing evaluations and updates.

 

 Competencies/Abilities:


•    Bachelor degree or above and major is electrical engineering related.
•    More than 5 years of experience in highly automation OEMs for electrical maintenance.
•    High skill within electrical and related software e.g., Siemens TIA/WinCC/Inverter Programmer etc. 
•    Strong communication and coordination, problem solving ability, strong innovation ability and stress resistance.

•    Excellent in English listening, speaking, written skills, and presentation. 
•    Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis.

The salary for this position starts at 2,055 EUR p.m. brutto.

The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to the monthly salary, there is also a 13th salary paid in an aliquot amount and a performance bonus depending on the company's financial results and individual performance.
