• Operational leaders in Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics & Supply Chain;
• Relevant specialization (departments): Propulsion (engine, transmission, e-mobility), Body-in-White / Stamping (structural manufacturing, sheet metal processes), Paint & Surface Treatment (coating, finishing), Robotics & Automation (industrial automation - commissioning, maintenance, continuous improvement), Continuous Improvement (process optimization, lean manufacturing).

What you'll bring

• Several years of previous working experience in a senior or exec. management position, preferably in a highly automated production environment in OEM/Tier1;
• Ability to professionally communicate, verbally and in written form, in the English language;
• Willingness to relocate to Košice, Slovakia.
