We are now looking for a Network Learning & Development Manager to define and drive the learning and development strategy across the Volvo Retail Network.
In this role, you will ensure that employees across the network are onboarded, trained, and certified in alignment with Volvo’s brand strategy, business priorities, and market needs. You will play a key role in strengthening workforce readiness, operational excellence, and customer experience across the network.
What you'll do
As Network Learning & Development Manager, you will define and manage a structured onboarding process to ensure all new employees are aligned with Volvo’s culture, values, and standards. You will plan, deliver, and follow up on training programmes across brand, leadership, operational, and technical areas, ensuring that all learning activities support business objectives and drive performance.
You will translate business strategy into clear learning roadmaps and development plans, while defining and driving annual training plans across different target groups. A key part of the role is to ensure participation in global training programmes and to actively follow up on completion rates and results.
You will take ownership of training reporting, including participation, certification, and progress tracking, and manage certification and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with Volvo standards. In close collaboration with technical and service stakeholders, you will secure capability development and ensure that employees meet required skill levels.
Additionally, you will implement scalable and effective learning solutions across digital, hybrid, and classroom formats, continuously evaluate training effectiveness, and drive improvement actions where needed. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all learning activities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented and detail-focused way
• Experience working with training programmes, learning strategies, or capability development
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and act on performance data
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work across functions and markets
• Good IT skills and experience of digital learning formats
