What We Are Looking For:

The Western Region is looking for a summer intern to help support all elements of the upcoming EX30 and EX90 product launches.  These two fully electric vehicles are critical to future growth for both the Western Region and Volvo Cars, and a flawlessly executed launch strategy will be the top priority in the region from Q2-Q4 of 2024.

A day in the life:

• Collaborate with regional management and department heads to ensure all functional areas within the region are aligned on the launch strategy.

• Provide support to the field sales and service teams as questions and issues arise.

• Assist with launch event logistics and support for retailer network.

• Interface with both retailer network and corporate training teams to ensure retailer product knowledge is sufficient to properly deliver vehicles to customers.

What you will bring to Volvo:

• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.  Must be able to interface with multiple regional functional groups as well as corporate and retailer personnel.

• Interest in all areas of the automotive industry, including sales, marketing, service, training, and finance.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritizing workload appropriately and reporting back to relevant stakeholders.

• Experience with all Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
