Digital Service Booking is one of primary goals in our area. Our mission is to delight our end customers with a seamless and frictionless service booking experience that is powered by intelligent capabilities around booking, workshop planning for service occasions. We're currently seeking a Support Specialist who possesses a comprehensive understanding of dealership workshop processes. Your role will entail identifying key factors driving workshop efficiency, addressing profitability challenges, and optimizing scheduling. The main area of the work is to work with a planning system supporting Volvo way of working and to facilitate the growth of Digital Service Bookings as well as supporting the product teams and our customers with resolution of issues across our product portfolio. We're on a mission to revolutionize service booking experiences, leveraging intelligent solutions for efficient workshop planning and seamless interactions.


Location: Gothenburg or Stockholm Hybrid

 

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be to provide exceptional technical service to our internal users and production systems. Working alongside internal engineering teams and Infrastructure team. Give feedback on day today support tickets and help to refine process with the team.

 

  • Provide professional technical answers to internal users
  • Be able to dig into logs to find culprits of issues
  • Bring up issues and create tickets for the product teams for prioritization
  • Follow-up with users to ensure high quality product and support
  • Work with engineers and other disciplines to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Communicate product and process needs back to relevant teams and work closely with those teams to execute on them.
  • Creating educational material, manuals, training movies etc.
  • Train the trainer, for market dedicated people.
  • Setup support together with market dedicated people, bring know-how and best practices.
  • Perform demonstrations for potential markets.
  • Support for ad-hoc problems and various questions before roll-out.
