Parts Supply & Logistics is responsible for accessories and spare parts availability for Volvo Cars markets globally. The responsibility includes the entire material flow from supplier to customer. The business is built around central warehouses in Gothenburg, US, China, as well as additional supporting warehouses around the world. 

We are now looking for summer workers to join our team.

What you'll do

 

You will play a key part in one of our agile teams: purchase planning, inventory management or campaign coordination.

Period for summer work: start date range: 1 June – 22 June, end date: 31 August, max 10 weeks. Start and end time to be discussed with recruiting manager. 

What you'll bring

 

  • Currently studying B.Sc. or M.Sc. in logistic, engineering, or business or equivalent
  • Interest in supply chain 

Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key.

We are looking for a service minded individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish. This role requires analysis of data therefore an interest and experience in this area will be key to succeed in this role. It is also important to have good interpersonal skills and social competence, to be able to build relations with stakeholders and suppliers.
