You will join the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Digital area, you will be a part of the Supply Chain team with focus on Outbound Logistics and Trade & Compliance. This product cluster delivers digital solutions that support our business stakeholders in ensuring resilient distribution of finished vehicles from our factories to customers and dealers. Trade and customs handling and compliance are pre-requisites for sustainable supply chain & logistic solutions. Collaboration and alignment on architecture and solutions with the sister cluster of Outbound Logistics and Global trade & Compliance is therefore a part of our daily work
What you'll do
You will play an important role in our transformational journey and be a part of the team that ensures a sustainable and flexible digital architecture that supports current and future demands within an area that is constantly changing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Enable future proof target solutions that comply with process architectural and digital enterprise architecture principles.
• Work with the Enterprise Architects, Product Managers, Agile Team Managers, Development teams, Business Analysts and the business stakeholders to specify how the requested solution will be designed and delivered to cater for and support the requested capability and process.
• Aligning and coordinating delivery with Architects and Tech Leads to ensure sustainability and compatibility in solutions.
• Collaborating within and outside the team and cluster to secure resilient solutions and shared technical design.
• Taking part of modernization efforts – Technology evaluation, Technology upgrades, Continued Cloud transformation
• Transforming business targets and end-states to digital roadmap solutions for Supply Chain.
• Lead, guide and coach the dev. teams in solution development and implementation.
What you'll bring
- · To be successful in the role you possess 10+ years of experience in a Solution Lead/Solution Architect role within Supply Chain and Manufacturing industries.
- · You have hands-on experience working with the dependencies between Supply Chain and Manufacturing, preferably within automotive industry.
- · Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and how to build scalable E2E Supply Chain solutions.
- · Experience in designing and deploying micro service architecture and supporting services as well as implementing.
- · Experience of COTS, SaaS and in-house developed software within Warehousing, Transportation, Finished Vehicle Distribution, Customs and Global Trade.
- · Experience with Java container technology such as Kubernetes and docker.
- · Experience of different database solutions (Oracle, MongoDB, SQL, Cosmos)
- · Experience of integration technologies such as MQ, Kafka, 3Scale API, App Connect and monitoring technologies like Elastic Search.
- · Beneficial to have experience in Java, Spring, Spring boot.
- · Domain experience from Supply Chain Management & Logistics
- Specific knowledge of Finished Vehicle Distribution, Outbound Logistics, Trade - Customs & Compliance, Warehouse management (WMS), Yard Management (YMS) and Transport Management (TMS).
- · Experience of OtD (Order-to-Delivery) process.
- · Experience of working in a global supply chain context (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
