The Manage Electrical Energy (MEE) team is responsible for developing Core System Platform apps for different functions such as, optimization of energy and power usage in the car. The responsibility spans from early concept to industrialization and follow-up in the field. The team is cross-functional and responsible for System Design, System Safety, SW development and Verification / Quality assurance.
What you'll do
- Develop software solutions according to functional requirements.
- Refine and further develop your software in HIL-rigs and in test vehicles.
- Learn, understand the business use-case and be part of creating functional requirements.
- Develop strategies, target levels and reliable solutions/verification methods regarding the function in question.
- Contribute to planning and follow up the integration of the function realization in close cooperation with all concerned teams and stakeholders in different program and projects.
- Contribute to the team’s test activities and update of test methods, tools and processes.
- Support fault tracing and/or troubleshooting activities
What you'll bring
You and your skills
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Solid experience from software development using MatLab/SimuLink and C/C++
- Solid experience from testing in vehicles. Taking CAN-logs, using INCA and other tools.
- Solid knowledge from testing in HIL-rigs and from CI/CD.
- Experience from fault tracing in rigs and vehicles.
- Knowledge of Software Design work.
- Car Weaver / System Weaver knowledge.
- GIT, Gerrit and Zuul.
- Understanding of electrical systems and architecture in vehicles including ECU signaling.
- Knowledge within electronics in general like DC/DC and batteries (to understand the domain).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Swedish driving license B or equivalent.
