Senior Visualisation Artist

Let's introduce ourselves

We are looking for a Data Preparation Artist to join our Visualisation team and contribute to the development of the Digicar - a digital twin of our vehicles used across design, marketing, and customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Data Preparation Artist, you will be responsible for converting engineering CAD data into high-fidelity polygonal geometry, enabling photorealistic rendering and real-time applications. You will work closely with visualisation specialists, designers, and engineers to ensure the Digicar meets the highest standards of accuracy and visual quality.

Key tasks include:

• Prepare and optimise CAD data for use in the Digicar pipeline.
• Apply accurate pivot points, UV mapping, and material assignments based on SML, C&M matrix, upholstery specs, and wheel matrix.
• Collaborate with shader artists to ensure photorealistic results.

What you'll bring

You would bring experience in Data preparation as well as solid knowledge in Teamcenter, TCViz, CATIA, CPAM, TCPLM, and CAS. You would also bring experienced understanding in build-up of a car in Teamcenter and how to handle specification levels along with knowledge in assigning and verifying materials vs material specifications. You will have an attention to details and good communication skills as well as collaborating skills.
