About us

At Battery Control & ECU Platform department we are responsible for develop and deliver SW functionality for traction batteries in our BEVs and PHEVS. Our vision is to deliver the best functionality in the market and continuously evolve our development platform.

You will be part of the SW release and program execution team. The team consist of people with a mix of gender, ages, and nationalities. We empower great collaboration and communication within the group to build good cohesion between the group members.

 

What you will do

In the role as Software responsible your main target will be to coordinate the SW releases for the HVBM (High Voltage Battery Module) together with your colleagues in the Team. As two examples; you will define & communicate release plans within the department for project milestones or external deliveries and take ownership of execution. You will be single point of contact towards our international suppliers handling lead times, cost, etc. Additional responsibilities include software configuration management, maintaining continuous development / continuous deployment & coordination of verification & validation execution in an in-house software development flow.    

 

Required profile and knowledge

  • Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Computer Science or Mechatronics.
  • Project Leading knowledge
  • SW development process knowledge
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to set prioritization, commit to the deliverables and make things happen.
  • You are very comfortable to cooperate and communicate with people on different levels in the organization
  • You are great with oral, written and visual communication and presentation.
  • Team player
