Then we have the job for you! We are looking for a Manager for our Quality Action Team/Quality Launch at VCT.

What you'll do

As the QAT Manager for VCT you will manage the Quality work from early involvement in car projects to a finished product. You will also focus on customer satisfaction and be the voice of the customer towards the plant.
You will lead, coordinate and coach resources and support functions to reach and maintain set Quality targets.
A part of your job is to ensure that changes with respect to Man, Machine, Method, Material & Environment are quality assured. In this role you need to be skilled in quality direction setting, problem solving and implementation of strategies and vision work.
As a QAT Manager, you will operate to company compliance standards, terms, and instructions such as BMS, VCMS, QOS.

What you'll bring

You have a genuine knowledge of Volvo Cars and plant processes.
You are analytical and understand what needs to be done by collecting and reviewing data as we continuously work with problem solving processes.
You are an experienced leader who takes responsibility and makes things happen, even if it means going outside the normal work.
You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.

As a person, you are self-driven with high integrity and courage.
You drive results and develop yourself by actively seeking new ways to improve and grow. You ensure ownership by holding yourself and others accountable to fulfil commitments.
