Geometry Assurance are responsible to the Define, Prepare, implement phases of production-effective products, meeting the end customer final demands. To ensure the ME & Plants Quality and Geometry capability, to deliver and maintain robust, precise and feasible concepts, systems, functions, components and Launch processes. 

What you'll do

In this role you will take a leading position to implement the new Platform GPA in an organization with extremely high goals and a clear vision. We want to become a fully electric company with a minimal carbon footprint. To be able to reach our company goals and our mission we need to bring in the best leaders who challenges the way we do things, bringing out the best of the team and provides a challenging and inspiring work environment. You will enter a Program Manager position, Leading and supporting our team in Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Geometry Assurance cpl Vehicle. The position is based in Gothenburg, will require some travel to our different sites worldwide or suppliers.

 

As Program Manager Geometry assurance, ME, You have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. Foresee or predict as many risks and problems as possible; and to plan, organize and control activities so that the project is completed as successfully as possible despite all the risks. You are in close collaboration with Senior Program manager and the Program team to ensure that we meet the highest process standards and the plant prerequisites. You are expected to hold the ownership of overall implementation according to our program roll-out for Geometry Assurence fulfilment and milestone reporting.

Enjoying a dynamic, fast-paced environment and working cross-functionally and globally is crucial and frequent travel to our manufacturing sites is part of the role. 
Further, to be a good fit for this role see that you have: 


•    Strong leadership with extensive experience in Program Management and/or Manufacturing Engineering
•    Ability to set strategy, provide clear directives, and lead effective implementation in a global environment
•    Business insight and strategic/financial acumen
•    Excellent ability to manage complexity and balance stakeholders
•    Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English
•    Ability to build networks, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate at leadership level
•    A genuine interest in leading and developing a team, with previous successful experience in leading leaders being highly preferred
•    International experience is preferred
•    Ability to travel frequently to our manufacturing sites globally


 You will build the SUM CI architecture and implementation as well as lead a CI team.
