Digital finance, Corporate Cluster - let’s introduce ourselves

In Corporate we are the experts in our finance system setup to support, develop our system landscape to secure our monthly/quarterly and yearly closing with as little disturbance as possible and assist the Volvo Cars Group to develop our present system landscape.

We are responsible to secure our finance reporting both external and internal, to establish and maintain transparent, stable & scalable financial systems & processes to secure accurate and timely reporting for Volvo Car Corporation and defined affiliates.

You will be a part of a newly establish team to deliver technical developments and functional solutions and configurations using the OneStream platform. You will be able to develop this role and build on your expertise creating valuable contributions to the team and make a true difference for the organization. 

 

What you’ll do

As an OneStream solution architect in the OneStream product team, you will work together with the engineering manager, product manager, business analysts and solution developers, to deliver technical developments and functional solutions and configurations using the OneStream platform.

You will manage the technical knowledge and enablement of OneStream, researching new capabilities, communicate technical principles, designs and architectural standards, providing enhanced quality assurance oversight on our OneStream solution.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our solution, provide guidance on best practices and contribute to the strategic roadmap and continuous improvement of methodologies and tools used. 

 

What you’ll bring

In this role, team contributors thrive best. You will be the go-to person for expertise related to this area, therefore a positive attitude and understanding of different perspectives combined with balancing stakeholders is important. This together with the willingness to coach and support to contribute to product team development. Besides that, you are willing to take “hands-on” tasks and are good at planning your work accordingly. With your great experience combined with the ability to come up with new ideas, you will be able to bring this role to the necessary level.

This is the role for you with strong knowledge of the financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A and operational finance. You have the ability to understand and interpret technical requirements from non-technical colleagues as well as convey technical topics in a way that can be understood. You have a solution-oriented mindset and are curious to find out which new technical solutions can add value.


You also have

•    Experience implementing OneStream applications for both Consolidation and FP&A
•    Experience in handling full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations 
•    Experience with data integration between different systems/sources
•    OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Lead Architect certification preferred


This role is a fulltime position. Placement can be in Gothenburg, Stockholm or Lund where we have our offices. We have a hybrid setting.
