What we are looking for?

We are now looking for a new Specialist in the Outbound Logistics Operations - Business Intelligence team who wants to work in an international and fast developing area. You have a key role in improving the operations and you will work with our team based in Gothenburg - Sweden, while having close collaboration with our global operational teams, digital team, and IT functions. You will have a chance to impact our transportation flows and level up satisfaction of our customer across outbound logistics supply chain. 

 

What you’ll do?

In this role you will take on the responsibility for application functionality and service delivery to the related Business functions. You will manage and maintain business owned master data in the Transport Management System and take care of implementation and maintenance of routes and transport methods within the systems. You will follow up on deviations, solve logistical errors and apply long-term solutions.


You will secure EDI integration with carriers (set-up, testing and education) and support application change requests together with the Business. Participate in and support investigations, pre-studies and User Acceptance tests driven by needed changes will be part of your daily work. 
 

You will define and maintain Processes and standard operating procedures, work to retain and improve knowledge about application functionality, dependencies and related Business domain. It should come naturally to you to maintain and focus on a good relationship to both Business and supporting IT functions/suppliers, which is a base to be successful at this job.


You and your skills
 

We believe you have relevant experience of at least 3 years or equivalent combination of University education and work experience with supporting / managing IT applications, as well as experience that enriched you with high level understanding of logistics processes and requirements. Having knowledge of application architectural analysis and design is meritorious. 

 

You have the ability to work in, and understand multiple systems and their interactions, prioritise in a high demanding area, have basic project management skills and have the ability to develop and maintain cross-functional and global networks.

 

If you have experience in working with Power BI and/or developing or understanding RPA processess is a plus, as well as knowledge with the systems we are using, such as  ATACQ, TMS, Ihub, Vista. You should be fluent in English, written and spoken, Swedish is beneficial.
