What you'll do
In this role you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Engineering Casting and stamping organization with the task to design new High Pressure Die Casting Lines, Machining lines and Facilities. The team tasks include specifying and laying out new Equipment, Die Casting lines and machining lines as well as supporting product development.
The Manufacturing engineer is reporting to the PM and is the ME stakeholder in the product projects, supporting the successful release of new products for the assigned area. This is done by communicating and verifying ME demands, making product feasibility studies and providing constructive product feedback to the R&D department.

Thanks to your advanced communication skills you have the ability to create good and trustful relationships. You have a holistic perspective and a good understanding of what compromises to make.
In this role your responsibilities will include supporting the team deliveries for the project as well as own assigned items in the Team Backlog(s). You would be responsible for updating the PM with assigned deliveries in the project. You will participate in all necessary risk analysis, FMEA’s and documentation of Lessons learned. You will also support the project hand over to the plant. You will drive assigned tasks towards agreed manufacturing targets.
You will be responsible for actively networking and for collaboration with other manufacturing engineers to improve commonality, WoW and my profession. You will provide support to RFQ preparation work within my area of responsibility. You will participate in design review meetings with suppliers.
What you'll bring

You would carry an Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent. You would bring experience from working with installation projects as well as lean manufacturing. You would also bring experience from running CAM simulations and Geometric assurance knowledge. You would also bring fluency in English, spoken and written.
