Function Verification Engineer to Collision Avoidance within ART Active Safety Functions

Our Agile Release Train for Active Safety Functions are responsible to develop and deliver the best Driver support and Collision avoidance features to our customers. We are responsible to maintain, continuously improve and develop the Collision Avoidance functions to stay leading in safety. 
  
Who you are?  
You are a self-motivated person and driven by your technical mind-set while being a team-player, having an energetic approach to continuously learn and innovate and a passion for sharing your knowledge with others. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude. Driver’s license (B) is required, and we think you have a passion to spend time in the car on the test track. 

You have earned a B.Sc. degree, or as meritorious a M.Sc. degree, within Electrical, Computer science or equivalent area of education. Good knowledge in English language both spoken and in writing.

 

What will you do? 
We are now looking for an Analysis & Verification engineer (A&V) to one of our Collision Avoidance teams. 

You will be one of the team players in a cross functional team where you will contribute with verification competence. You will spend time on the road/test track and analyse the functions in different traffic situations in Gothenburg and around Europe. You are probably a ”petrol head” with a passion to spend time on the road =)

We offer a variation of work tasks where your main contribution is related to verification on-road, on the test tracks around Europe, in rigs and in our virtual test environment. You will continuously strive to improve our quality, to optimise the vehicle performance to make sure we deliver the best functions to our end customers. 
Your responsibility will include to plan, design, implement and report on verification activities to support feature application integration and deployment with fast feedback. Other tasks can be test case development, data collection, analysis, SW-testing, integration, certification activities, test documentation as well as fault tracing, tuning and to follow up status with our suppliers. 


Phyton programming skills is meritorious as well as experience from C/C++ and communication protocols such as CAN or Ethernet are useful.
