Car Service Business is a unit within Volvo Cars that works with creating a user-friendly owner experience around current and future cars in Volvo’s portfolio.

We are now strengthening the team with one Digital Lead in Gothenburg/Sweden. This is a senior full-time position where we operate from our offices in Torslanda. (On site)


What you’ll do
•    Drive development of User Information functionality in the car and other distribution channels.
•    Create requirements, prioritize implementation, and make sure all stakeholders are aligned. 
•    Define and optimize processes and interfaces for content deliveries.
•    Evaluate and test functionality of the user manual apps and services.
•    Actively participate in prioritizing and solving issues raised during implementation.
•    Make sure that content deliveries are complete and published to different channels/products at the right time.
•    Define future car project architecture and requirements in CarWeaver.


Who you are
You have a master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
In this role, strong understanding of data analytics and proven experience as an IT project manager or Scrum master are important.
You are proficient in writing scripts to automate processes and deliveries and have experience in working with different stakeholder, interdisciplinary and international teams.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and are an engaged person that feel comfortable to work in a large organization.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is important and Chinese is a plus.
