We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Area Lead for the business area Corporate Governance Compliance & Ethics to join our Digital Legal team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the digital capabilities within these business areas where business collaboration is key.

 

What you'll do

A senior-level role leading digital transformation initiatives within corporate legal, focused on corporate governance, compliance and ethics (GCE) at the intersection of business analysis and systems architecture. The position oversees strategic development and implementation of digital compliance solutions across the enterprise.

Core Responsibilities:
•    Lead business analysis and digital strategy for compliance and governance solutions
•    Manage product portfolio and programs for compliance applications
•    Define digital architecture strategy and oversee technical implementation
•    Drive solutions for compliance management across multiple domains
•    Engage with senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships
 

What you'll bring

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of product/program project management in corporate / enterprise digital compliance
  • Ideally, great experience of the Compliance and Ethics domain.
  • Proven background in business systems analysis and digital architecture
  • Experience in product/project management methodologies
  • Track record of stakeholder management at executive level
