Coordinator & administrative support to our People Experience function at Volvo Cars

It is a mixed role; you will both act as a Coordinator for the department as well as administrative support with a great variation in everyday tasks.

 

What you will do:

As a coordinator you will lead and/or be part of different kind of projects; you will work with HR related questions, as well as analytical tasks that require a great sense of details. This position is based in a fast-paced environment where you will need to be able to multitask and handle a high volume of administrative responsibilities. In this position it will also be required that you take full ownership of your deliveries and that you have the ability to drive your assignments independently.

 

Furthermore you will support the head of People experience in Manufacturing with administrative key activities like:

  • providing day-to-day support such as managing agendas
  • organizing and arranging meetings
  • scheduling travel accommodations
  • assisting with departmental budgeting / finance (SAP)
  • drafting business letters and preparing presentations

 

You and your skills

To be successful in this role we want you have an educational background within HR or equal. We also believe you have some working experience within the HR field and experience working as an Executive Assistant and/or coordinator. Furthermore, we believe you have high integrity and excellent collaboration skills.                       

 

You must be analytical, organized and have a great attention to detail. It is important that you have good communication skills since you will have a lot of collaboration with all parts of the organisation.

 

We also believe you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English as well as very good knowledge in MS Office.

 

However, the most important for this specific role is your attitude and ability to constantly learn. It is also important that you can work independently and are highly motivated.
