What we offer

You will be responsible for operating Share based programs, securing that the programs are functioning optimally.

You will collaborate with colleagues in Compensation & Benefits and HR within the Group incl Finance and Legal, and you will liaise with internal and external partners (e.g., banks, lawyers, and other consultants).

You enjoy collaborating with others and delivering results with high quality and accuracy.

You have a keen interest in numbers and an experienced user of Excel.

You are an experienced problem solver and have great analytical skills, as you need to be able to draw own conclusions after processing data/legislation/regulations


Responsibilities and duties

  • Process ownership for the administrative processes (purchases, grants, vesting, leavers, and demographic changes)
  • Liaising with internal and external partners (e.g., banks, lawyers, and other consultants)
  • Producing reports and follow-ups to Management, The Compensation Committee, and the Board of Directors
  • Supporting, coaching, and training the employee share plan reps in each country
  • Initiate and pursue improvement issues, including review of processes and polices
  • Developing analytical materials for meetings with Management, the Compensation Committee, and the Board, including forecasts for LTI targets outcome
  • Act as point of contact for escalation and resolution, as well as interpretation of policies relating to the Share Based program, providing knowledge and support to the broad HR team
  • Develop and lead worldwide employee education and communications while staying current on global equity compensation matters including accounting, tax and legal practices and assess potential business impact



Knowledge/skills/qualifications required

  • Economics, Business Administration, Law or equivalent
  • Experience with share/stock plans administration and set-up
  • Having experience from consulting, project management
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • An analytical mind with high focus on details



  • Experience with Power BI and data analytics tools is an advantage
  • Experience of working with a broker/vendor for equity plan management/administration
