职位描述：

依据公司年度计划、目标和任务，制订生产的年度目标、计划和措施；负责生产QDFIPS各方面的管理，制订相关措施并监督执行，保证质量交付，支持车间年度各项指标的完成。

• 区域安全责任制，监督生产团队的安全执行情况。
• 执行车间环境、安全、质量、成本、生产等管理体系要求。
• 依据公司年度目标、计划，制订生产的目标、计划和实施措施，并负责各项措施的落实到位。
• 不断改进，完善各种工艺文件和标准化作业，确保生产安全有效运行。
• 组织开展不断改进工作，优化改进工艺流程和标准操作，不断提高工作效率和产品质量。
• 组织维修人员技能培训，不断提高团队业务技能水平，并建立后备人才发展体系。
• 根据失效模型原理，对责任范围内的质量问题进行测量和分析，建议并实施技术可用性的改进。
• 负责按照车身车间的生产计划，完成生产任务。
• 负责生产数据的统计、分析，提升生产能力。
• 负责区域的成本，不断优化改进区域成本。

岗位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，机械类，电气类或自动化类相关专业。
• 3年以上设备维修管理经验，至少3年生产或维修团队管理经验，整车焊装或零部件焊接工厂管理经验。
• 熟悉焊装生产工艺，ABB机器人，西门子博图，焊接技术。
• 熟悉现代化企业设备管理运作和流程，具有先进的管理理念及实操经历。
• 具有焊装生产管理经验更好。
• 具有较强的团队管理，辅导能力，沟通协调，问题解决能力，较强的创新能力和抗压能力。
• 优秀的英语听说能力。
