What you’ll do

  • To secure PLC and electrical systems follow Volvo standard. Installation and commissioning in correct way.
  • Ensure that equipment-related safety hazards are clearly identified and formulate relevant WSAs to ensure the safety of internal maintenance personnel to carry out related operations.
  • Ensure the implementation of the maintenance plan for the equipment in the FA-shop and can optimize the PM project and cycle according to the equipment status, and manage and track the abnormalities found during the maintenance process to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the equipment.
  • Develop performance and development plans for subordinates, support subordinates to improve and achieve predetermined performance goals, to ensure that personnel in the maintenance organization get good career development.
  • Organize maintenance personnel to deal with sudden equipment failures on site, analyze equipment abnormalities and potential problems, and propose improvement plans for some equipment abnormalities to improve equipment reliability.
  • Develop maintenance business related processes to ensure orderly business development. 6. Control cost indicators (energy, spare parts) and continuously reduce equipment maintenance costs to improve equipment asset utilization.
  • Regional safety responsibility system to supervise the implementation of subordinate safety regulations.
  • Organize on-site production, execute production tasks according to the workshop production plan, and quickly and effectively complete the tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Ensure personnel safety and complete quality, delivery, cost, and improve corresponding KPIs.
  • Supervise the daily inspection and use of equipment, tooling and tools in the line body to make them in a controllable state.
  • Improve the abilities of team leaders and cultivate potential talents.
  • Establish effective communication, cooperate with other departments to solve key problems, and support process and project engineers to complete process and equipment verification work.
  • Continuous improvement, reduce man-machine, quality, safety, waste and other issues.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical or automation.
  • More than 3 years’ experience in equipment maintenance management, 3 years or above experience in vehicle production management.
  • Understand the final assembly production process, be familiar with the final assembly production process and equipment types.
  • Experience in managing a team of at least 20 people.
  • Good computer and software operation ability.
  • Good English reading and writing skills.
